  • All visit notes are submitted within 24-48 hours of each visit. No overdue notes. No chasing paperwork. Just clean, timely documentation.

  • Our therapists are W-2 employees, not independent contractors. That means full worker's’ compensation coverage, proper payroll compliance, and accountability that 1099 arrangements simply can’t provide.
