Home Health Therapy Jobs That Actually Support You
Join BCHHS as a W-2 employee - not a 1099 contractor. Flexible scheduling, workers’ compensation coverage, and a team that picks up the phone.
You’re an employee here - not a contractor
Most home health staffing agencies classify therapists as 1099 independent contractors. That means no workers’ compensation if you’re injured on the job, no payroll tax withholding, and zero employment protections. At BCHHS, every therapist is a W-2 employee. We cover workers’ compensation, handle your payroll taxes, and treat you like the professional you are.
-
You set your availability. We match you with patients in your area based on the days and hours that work for you.
-
As a W-2 employee, you’re fully covered by our workers’ compensation policy. You’re protected if anything happens on the job.
