Home Health Therapy Jobs That Actually Support You

Join BCHHS as a W-2 employee - not a 1099 contractor. Flexible scheduling, workers’ compensation coverage, and a team that picks up the phone.

You’re an employee here - not a contractor

Most home health staffing agencies classify therapists as 1099 independent contractors. That means no workers’ compensation if you’re injured on the job, no payroll tax withholding, and zero employment protections. At BCHHS, every therapist is a W-2 employee. We cover workers’ compensation, handle your payroll taxes, and treat you like the professional you are.

We’re hiring in all therapy disciplines

Whether you’re a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP - if you’re California-licensed and passionate about home health, we want to hear from you.

Disciplines:
Physical Therapist (PT)
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Certified OT Assistant (COTA)
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Experience note: New to home health? We welcome clinicians who are ready to learn. Experienced in home health? We’d love to talk.
