Therapy Staffing Services

Licensed, credentialed clinicians across five rehabilitation disciplines - placed with home health and hospice agencies throughout Southern California.

Our Physical Therapists provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients recovering from surgery, injury, illness, or functional decline. Services include: initial Oasis evaluation (SOC/ROC), recertification, progress notes, daily therapeutic visits, and discharge. PTs on our team also supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with the California PT Practice Act.

Physical Therapy (PT)

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)


Our Physical Therapist Assistants deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an assigned Physical Therapist. Services include daily therapeutic visits, progress documentation, and participation in required supervisory visits. All PTAs are California-licensed and competency-verified.

Our Occupational Therapists assess and treat patients’ ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental ADLs (IADL). Services include Oasis evaluation, home safety assessment, adaptive equipment recommendations, caregiver training, and discharge planning. OTs also supervise Certified OT Assistants.

Occupational Therapy (OT)

Our Certified OT Assistants provide skilled occupational therapy treatment under the direction of an assigned OT. Services include daily therapeutic visits focused on functional independence in self- care, home management, and cognitive tasks.

Certified OT Assistant (COTA)

Our Speech-Language Pathologists evaluate and treat disorders of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing (dysphagia). Services include Oasis evaluation, swallowing assessments, communication treatment, dysphagia management, and caregiver education. SLPs coordinate closely with physicians and dietitians as part of the interdisciplinary team.

Every Placement Includes:

  • Complete credential verification before first visit (LiveScan, license, CPR, TB, drug screen)

  • Documentation submitted within 24-48 hours

  • Oasis assessments (SOC, ROC, Recertification, Discharge) where applicable

  • Supervisory visits for assistant roles per California Practice Act requirements

  • W-2 employment - worker's’ compensation and payroll taxes handled by BCHHS

  • Same-day response to staffing requests
